The Seaskin 5mm Nam liong with Super Stretch Wetsuits is suitable for Snorkel Diving/ Scuba Diving /Free Diving/Spearfishing Diving And it's suitable for suggested water temperatures of 8°C 11°C / 48°F 54°F.
